A small business wants a support bot in Telegram, not a developer. It has to be running in minutes, give a team of operators a proper ticket queue and keep working as the business grows.
What we built
FlexGram is a SaaS that lives inside Telegram. The owner picks a plan and pays, and the bot is created through Telegram or connected with a BotFather token. Then an AI assistant sets up menus, texts and the knowledge base in a chat. One multi-tenant webhook server runs hundreds of bots per process, and the support engine turns every customer question into a ticket for the operators.
