1. Who processes your data

2. What we receive

• What you give us yourself in the brief form or in messages: your name, Telegram username or email, the project description and a budget range.
• Technical visit data such as the page address, device and browser type and approximate location from the IP address. Web analytics services collect it when they are enabled.

The form on this site stores nothing on our server. It opens Telegram or your email app with a ready message, and the data is shared only when you send that message yourself.

3. Why

• To answer your request and prepare an estimate and a contract.
• To see which pages are useful and improve the site.

4. How long we keep it

We keep messages and brief data while we discuss and work on the project, and no longer than three years after it ends unless the law requires otherwise. Analytics data follows the retention rules of the service that collects it.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data, except with the services that carry our communication and analytics (Telegram, email, analytics providers) and where the law requires it.

6. Cookies

The site remembers your theme choice in your browser storage. Analytics services, when enabled, use cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to us and we will reply within 10 business days.
