The challenge
Ordering from iHerb to Russia means dollar prices, a foreign checkout and a parcel to follow across borders. The store had to feel like an ordinary Russian shop inside Telegram: prices in rubles, a pickup point nearby, payment by card or SBP, and a team that only confirms orders.
What we built
We built one store that opens as a Telegram Mini App and as a website, on a shared backend. Prices are converted to rubles at the current rate and product names are translated. At checkout the delivery cost comes from the delivery partner's API, and a large cart is split into parcels. After payment an order goes into a queue that creates shipments and checks their status on a schedule, so people step in only where a decision is needed.

The list is synced from the delivery services, and a closed point is replaced automatically.

The cost is calculated through the delivery partner's API, and a large cart becomes several parcels.

Card, SBP, instalments and credit. A large order can be paid in two parts, with reminders.

A queue creates shipments and checks their status on a schedule. The team only confirms orders.

Referral points and gift certificates. Promo code discounts are capped, so they never eat the margin.
